Anyone is welcome to join NEBES.  There is no administration or membership fee to join or maintain membership, but it is a requirement of Everton FC that all members are registered.  You can register with NEBES by completing this form.

Travel for home and away games is organised by the club secretary and members are informed of arrangements in the weeks leading up to each match.  The secretary may use email, phone, text, social media and other messaging apps to make travel arrangements.

Multiple pick up points are are arranged along our route, so anyone in the North East area can be accommodated.  Depending on numbers travelling, we will use anything from a 7 seater people carrier to a 16 seater minibus, with a provided, qualified driver.  Arrangements vary depending on numbers, but we make every effort to keep the costs to a minimum, and always under £30 return trip.

Any money collected from members for travel goes directly towards travel for that match.  If any excess money is collected, it is put into a central club account and put towards subsidising future trips.


An Annual General Meeting is held every off season to review the season just finished, and discuss how we want to improve for the next season.
